Dear Doll-face,
I cooked a whole chicken, with the bones, the entire thing. I cooked it in the slow cooker. It is literary falling off the bone. It is so yummy. Also I am using the bones and the giblets to make chicken broth overnight tonight. I'm going to freeze some of it into cubes for easy use, the rest I'll just freeze in bulk for other use. I am super proud of myself.
Today is my day off, so I am trying to relax in preparation for a hardcore week. I'm working some weird hours and I have a lot on my non-work related to do list.
Anyway, I just wanted to pop in, and tell you about my epic chicken.. because I am proud of myself. Muahahahaha. <3
